Product Overview
A new manufacturing process structure to replace thetraditional glue filling and ultrasonic waterproofing methods for eaves lights.SMT patch lamp beads are directly applied on the cable, and a UVyellowing-resistant, high and low temperature-resistant glue is attached to thesurface. There is no need for a circuit board, enabling single-point andsingle-control. The overall volume is smaller, the weight is lighter, and thewaterproof level is strong. The customized 24V color-changing lamp beads arethe first developed for cable lights. High-voltage RGB chips with highbrightness, the brightness of RGB and mixed light is about 3-5 times higher inlumens than that under 5V and 12V brightness; the 24V working voltage has smallvoltage drop, long transmission distance, and the color consistency between thehead and tail ends is good. The lamp beads emit light with full chips,featuring high brightness, purer color and higher refresh rate. The IC adopts ahigh-voltage process, and the VIN terminal can withstand a maximum voltage of38V. Equipped with certified brand power supplies, the product has a longerquality and service life.
